Security screening is a hugely important part and process of any reliable security company.
It’s important to know that the people you are placing in charge of installing your security systems and protecting your properties are trustworthy people. This is where an NSI (NACOSS) approved company differs from the traditional one man band and other people installing security systems as a side line business.
Seriously, the essential difference is this;
With an NSI ( NACOSS) approved company all employed staff are subject to security screening and clearance before they can be employed. This involves Police checks and certain checks on history and other elements. Should anything be found to be unsatisfactory in any way then the offer of employment if withdrawn.
This ensures that all staff that are going to be dealing with any of your security details, from admin staff through to the installation and service engineers are fully security screened and trustworthy.
You cannot guarantee this security and trust with someone who has not been security screened e.g. a mate of a mate who “does alarms”
Would you want to place the potential safety of either your business, your home or your children in the hands of someone who you didn’t know was 100% trustworthy? i know i wouldn’t.
