How do you set and unset yours?

Monitored burglar alarm systems require a proximity fob to set and unset the system – this is to remove the need for traditional codes. The ACPO states that the majority of false alarms can be attributed to false entering and forgetting of codes so fobs must be used on all new monitored burglar alarm systems.

Until recently these proximity fobs have had a very basic operation that has one function – to provide a full set and unset of the burglar alarm system.

Now generally thats ok, especially on a commercial property - but what about if you only want to set part of the burglar alarm system (for example at home you may want to do a night set).

Well this was an issue, as an ordinary proximity fob does not know how to differentiate between the two different setting procederes – until now!

With the unique Red4BEd – Grey4Away fob we are able to program one fob to carry out two different setting procedures – something unique in the security industry.

All you simply have to do is present the red side of the proximity fob to the keypad and the system will be night set. Present the grey side of the fob to the keypad for a full set of the alarm system – hence Red4BEd – Grey4Away.
